Refund policy

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy for eligible physical products, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions for returning your item. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

For merchandise fulfilled through third-party production partners, replacement items may be provided for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:

  • Digital downloads

  • Music downloads

  • Printable products

  • PDF or ebook products

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds cannot be provided once a digital item has been delivered or accessed.

Products purchased through third-party marketplaces such as Amazon are subject to the return and refund policies of those marketplaces and must be handled directly through the original marketplace provider.

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, or personal care items.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If an eligible physical item is approved for return, you may place a separate order for the replacement item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, subject to applicable laws.

To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please note that this right may not apply to digital downloads or personalized products once delivery or access has occurred.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your eligible return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within approximately 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
